At Poquito Kids Nursery, we are proud of our passionate and dedicated team, as well as the warm, nurturing environment they help create every day reflected in our exceptionally low staff turnover. Our nursery is thoughtfully organised into three well-resourced rooms, each led by an experienced senior team member who ensures the highest standards of care, learning, and wellbeing.

Over 80% of our team hold degrees and relevant childcare qualifications, bringing a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to our practice. As a nursery, we are deeply committed to supporting ongoing professional development and provide regular training opportunities to ensure our team remains up to date with best practices in early childhood education.

Children’s safety and individual support are always a priority. 90% of our staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, and we have a dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) on site, providing tailored support to meet every child’s individual needs.
